By default, I do all English-Polish and Polish-English translations myself, ensuring highest quality and consistency. Even in case of larger projects, I often try to convince the customer to wait a little longer to have the job done by a single translator.
However, there are situations when a job must be distributed for translation to a number of translators. Please just let me know. I can quickly divide a large or multi-language project and outsource it to proven translators. I maintain a list of good translators and can quickly call for new ones if required. In such projects, I ensure co-ordination of translation efforts, supervise terminology and style consistency, and do proofreading and verification. I am your single point of contact: you send translation files in, I deliver the complete translation (possibly into more languages) on the agreed day.
